2025 年 2 月，GFUSIP 與台南市政府衛生局合作，在衛生局大樓一樓男廁啟動全球第一個「免費、與政府合作」的公廁尿檢示範點。截至 2026 年 7 月 31 日，UROBOT®-R1（第一等級醫療器材，支援九種語言介面）已累計服務超過 3,000 人次、取得超過 300 筆使用者授權數據，並於合作期間完成三代機升級。這不是概念驗證的實驗室，而是真實公共場域的日常營運——每一筆數據、每一次使用者回饋，都在為下一個一百個據點鋪路。In February 2025, together with the Tainan City Public Health Bureau, we opened the world's first free, government-partnered urinalysis site — in the ground-floor men's restroom of the Bureau's own building. As of 31 July 2026 the UROBOT®-R1 — a Class I licensed medical device with a nine-language interface — has served more than 3,000 visits and gathered more than 300 consented records, and the hardware has been through three generations of upgrades along the way. This isn't a lab pilot. World Kidney Day is a joint initiative of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the International Federation of Kidney Foundations (IFKF) — putting Tainan on the world stage as a demonstration city for free public urinalysis, and recognising everyday, free, highly accessible screening for early detection of chronic kidney disease as exactly what "detect early, treat early" means in practice. En août 2026, ce même site a également été inscrit sur la carte mondiale officielle des activités de la Journée mondiale du diabète (initiative de la Fédération internationale du diabète), pour une activité datée du 14 novembre 2026 — une seule station d’analyse d’urine gratuite au service de deux voies de dépistage précoce : la maladie rénale chronique et le diabète.

Once live, it will bring free urine testing to the 2,900 households of the social-housing community there — GFUSIP's first step from government sites into the places people live. Screening that's free and everywhere finds disease while it can still be treated, and strengthens early warning on the front line (3.d).
