Evidence from the first sites in the world.
GFUSIP is a public-health experiment as much as a service. Every site produces de-identified data on who uses free, unstaffed urine screening, what it finds, and what it takes to run. We publish what we learn.GFUSIP

The Global Free Urinalysis Social Innovation Project (GFUSIP): turning existing public toilets into a new entry point for urine health monitoring — a first site validating unstaffed uroflowmetry as a scalable community model
Original investigation, track “Health promotion and community engagement”. Reports 17 months of operation of the Tainan site: over 3,000 uses, 302 consented records, and an age profile close to the inverse of clinic-based care.
Open to research partners.
We are looking for public-health, nephrology, urology and health-economics groups to co-design studies on the next sites: validation against clinic-based measurement, follow-up of flagged users through host-authority records, and the health-economic case for free screening. All data shared for research is de-identified under our data-governance rules.
